Join us to hear from Cyrena Arnold, 2019 Tech Professional of the Year!
How to be a bad boss, employee, parent, and partner...
and how to stop.
Description: Everyone you interact with is a customer: your boss, your direct reports, your kids, your spouse..
Successful relationships don’t just happen, they take work. Years of experiences and many mistakes have taught me that there are a few key ingredients to making any relationship a productive and positive one. Come learn about the seven specific things everyone should do to build better and stronger relationships, as I share my stories from the trenches as a mom, an employee, and a leader.
About Cyrena
Cyrena is a meteorologist and vice president of customer success at Athenium Analytics. She is a previous director of summit operations for the Mount Washington Observatory and NH1 TV meteorologist. Before living in New Hampshire, Arnold installed weather stations on the Alaskan tundra in helicopter access only locations and completed icing and turbulence test flights with a NASA contractor in Colorado. She has done all of this while volunteering at STEM events and giving presentations and keynote speeches to thousands of kids, letting them know how she went from failing math in grade school, to obtaining a meteorology and math degree, and finding a career she loves.

TechWomen|TechGirls holds programs for professional women to connect, collaborate and explore ideas around career development, technology initiatives and innovation. The initiative also deploys volunteers and mentors to support academic STEM initiatives and events for girls across New Hampshire.
The breakfast series will take place on the second Wednesday of every month.
