TechWomen Annual Luncheon 2020 - Postponed

2020 marks the fifth annual TechWomen|TechGirls Annual Awards Luncheon which acknowledges the accomplishments of three women who contribute to the furtherance of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education and/or professional STEM advancements for women throughout New Hampshire. Three women will be celebrated and named as TechStudent of the Year, TechTeacher of the Year and TechProfessional of the Year.  Stay tuned for more information about the selected women!


          Leslie Ann Buckley

The TechWomen|TechGirls initiative of the NH Tech Alliance (Alliance) is pleased to announce Leslie Ann Buckley, the Northeast Division Vice President of Reliability Engineering for Comcast, as the keynote speaker of the 2020 TechWomen Annual Luncheon.  In her role, Ms. Buckley leads major network and engineering reliability efforts, including optimization for the 9 million customers across her division.  At the lunch, Ms. Buckley will trace her non-traditional career journey in technology and share the challenges she has faced, as well as the successes and learnings she has gained along the way.  Her call to action will include the top 3 things each of us can do to truly make a difference.

The TechWomen|TechGirls initiative of the NH Tech Alliance builds on a strong community of women enthusiastic about technology and supporting efforts where girls are exploring STEM as a career or area of study. TechWomen|TechGirls holds programs for professional women to connect, collaborate and explore ideas around career development, technology initiatives, and innovation. The initiative also deploys volunteers and mentors to support academic STEM initiatives and events for girl happenings across New Hampshire.

The TechWomen Annual Luncheon is an annual event at which a luminary speaker addresses a dynamic crowd of approximately 250 female technologists, entrepreneurs and business leaders.
