Shannon Herrmann is a senior recruiting manager at Alexander Technology Group. For the past six years, Ms. Herrmann has helped local companies understand the talent market, develop better internal interview processes and ultimately hire and retain key technology workers. She also works with job seekers on improving resumes, LinkedIn presence and interview preparation. Ms. Herrmann is active in supporting women and girls in STEM, as well as providing mentorship to women in sales.
Trish LaCombe is passionate about helping others reach their full sales potential. She is the director of client success for Sandler Training Manchester. Ms. LaCombe helps sales leaders develop the behaviors, attitudes and techniques that lead them to sustainable long-term sales success.
Heather LaDue is the executive director of programs and partnerships at Franklin Pierce University and is the new Committee Chair of the TechWomen Power Breakfast series. Ms. LaDue helps employers strengthen their workforce through accredited learning solutions designed for working adults. She has 15 years experience working as a business to business director, working with Fortune 500 companies in technology, financial services and outsourced HR services.
Vandna Sharma is an experienced electronic data interchange developer at Northeast Delta Dental, a board member for Media Power Youth and member of the Tech Women Power Breakfasts Committee.
The TechWomen Power Breakfast series is part of the Alliance's TechWomen|TechGirls initiative that builds on a strong community of women enthusiastic about technology and supporting efforts where girls are exploring STEM as a career or area of study. TechWomen|TechGirls holds programs for professional women to connect, collaborate and explore ideas around career development, technology initiatives and innovation. The initiative also deploys volunteers and mentors to support academic STEM initiatives and events for girls across New Hampshire.
The breakfast series will take place on the second Wednesday of every month.
