Understanding the Customer Experience
Presented by: Kendra Bassi, Director of Customer Success at CommonPlaces

"Over my 7 years at CommonPlaces, I've had wonderful successes and failures in various roles. Each has been an enormous learning experience. Many of these lessons revolve around the customer's experience and journey with not only our company but our clients as well. This is why every business needs to engage their customers and build a loyal community. Let me share my story with you to discover tips and technology that you can use to provide your customers with a great experience with your brand."

CommonPlaces is a growth agency located in Manchester, NH that creates unique, customized permission-based websites and portals that increase customer engagement and ROI. CommonPlaces offers digital marketing services that include strategy, branding and SEO.

The TechWomen Power Breakfast series is part of the Alliance's TechWomen|TechGirls initiative that builds on a strong community of women enthusiastic about technology and supporting efforts where girls are exploring STEM as a career or area of study. TechWomen|TechGirls holds programs for professional women to connect, collaborate and explore ideas around career development, technology initiatives and innovation. The initiative also deploys volunteers and mentors to support academic STEM initiatives and events for girls across New Hampshire.

The breakfast series will take place on the second Wednesday of every month.
