Why and how to do customer discovery as early as possible in your startup.
At this Lunch and Learn Joshua Cyr will discuss a wide range of topics surrounding the customer development process, particularly focused on customer discovery and validation. Many startups believe they know who their customers are and understand their customers needs. Much later they find out they built the wrong product for the wrong people. This can be an expensive lesson and is very difficult to recover from. Join us as we discuss the process and the need for early stage discovery and validation of your customer segments and their needs/pains.

Joshua is the Senior Director of Startup Initiatives for the NH Tech Alliance. When not consulting with startups or producing startup events with the Tech Alliance team Joshua can be found in the garden or facilitating fundraising events at his kids PTO.
